Each year, Nike has adopted the tradition in creating a meaningful collection each February, honoring Black History Month. Every February, a new collection is officially launched by Nike Basketball paying homage to African American heritage, and encouraging a more inclusive world for all athletes.
This year’s collection is one of the heftier ones, price wise. Nike has contributed a plethora of sneakers to the special release of the collection; two colorways of the Nike LeBron ‘Equality’, PG 3, Kyrie 5, KD 11, “Why Not?” ZER0.2, Air Force 1 Utility, Flare 2, Converse Chuck High Utility, and the Air Jordan 1 & 2.
The collection sports black and white hues, while introducing various African heritage patterns, to act as marvelous adornment to the shoes. Expect for all the kicks to release on the NIKE SNKRS App beginning this January, and the rest to release moving through February 20th. Grab a First Look at the sneakers down below, and stay tuned as more details come along surrounding the pack.
