adidas has surprisingly been pretty quiet this year. They haven’t quite relased anything groundbreaking since 2016, with the release of the D.Rose 7, Crazy Light Boost 2016, and Crazy Explosive. Ever since, they’ve seen to given us similar set ups of Boost cushion in almost all of their models. We haven’t seen much different in most of their performance basketball models. Luckily, they used to make kicks for Tracy McGrady, an NBA Hall of Famer, who spent thirteen years in the league.
Here we are now, and some surfaced images of the adidas T-Mac Millenium have surfaced, being Tracy McGrady’s signature shoe. The T-Mac Millenium takes design cues from the T-Mac 1, 2, & 3. One notable cue is just how the shoes look. Just the overall silhouette looks super similar to his older models.
There is currently no release information or pricing available on the upcoming T-Mac Millenium. But good news, One on One Testers can tell you these will release in the Spring of 2019, as per Kelly Oubre Jr. The kicks themselves have a rubber outsole, with no visible traction quite yet, from these surfaced images, full-length Boost, caged by a TPU clip laterally. Furthermore, a synthetic upper is evident, with some additional heel toe cap reinforcement. That’s it for now. Stay tuned to One on One Testers for release information on these, & more of The Sneaker Bulletin.
