After One on One Testers broke the news on the Nike Air Force Max around NBA Media Day in September, the sneakers have officially released at select Nike Basketball retailers. The sneakers pay homage to the original Barkley’s CB4, while providing visible 90s vibes with the full-length Air Max unit constructed in the sneakers.

The Nike Air Force Max rides a top a multi-directional, shallow grooved outsole, that looks to be similar to the Nike Air Force One. In addition, the shoes also come equipped with a full-length Nike Max Air bag, a ripstop upper (reinforced nylon), a mid top constructed collar, exaggerated heel cup providing stability for the thickness of the air bag, and a midfoot strap tops off the tech specs.

The Nike Air Force Max is now officially available at Foot Locker and East Bay, retailing at a hefty $160. Not only is that a signature shoe price point, the technology we’re getting in this shoe is not premium, nor innovative. Sure seems like Nike bumped up a budget model shoe to a signature price point, just because the kicks pay homage to the 90s.

You can grab the Nike Air Force Max now in ‘Black/Bright Crimson/Anthracite’ & ‘White/Black/Multi-Color’. Will you be copping the $160 kicks? Are they worth the price point? Share your thoughts in the comments below, and let us know if you end up grabbing them to rock on the hardwood.
