Noor’s Top Performance Kicks of 2018

HOOPS ANALYSIS

What’s up One on One Nation, Noor back here again, but this time instead of a review or first impressions, I’m brining you guys my personal top 3 performers of 2018 so far. The year is only half over, so this list could change drastically and look totally different by the end of the year. Let’s get get into this list of performance beasts.

1. Jordan Why Not? Zer0.1

Brodie’s first signature shoe with Jordan brand is my favorite performer of 2018 and is kicking this list off for a reason. Already have done a review on this, so if you haven’t seen it go check it out. These were a no brainer to put on my list. These kicks still remain one of my favorite shoes I’ve played in, I’ve had some awesome performances wearing these and feel like these shoes are built to last, a quality that recent shoes seem to be lacking. The cushioning felt amazing on foot, full length zoom done right is always a win andefine sd this setup is one of my favorite setups ever used on a performance basketball shoe.

2. adidas Harden Vol. 2

A shoe that I am currently testing and plan on dropping a full performance review on soon. Without giving too much away, this model is super fun to play in and is overall a good shoe. Patience is required though, the traction was slippery at first, but after breaking them in the traction did improve. The Boost cushioning had my joints feeling right the whole time I played and I wasn’t worrying about playing all out in these. That’s all I am going to say about these for now, stay tuned to One on One Testers for the full performance review.

3. Nike Kyrie 4

Yet another performance model I haven’t dropped a review on, I was hooping in these before this site even started. This is the first Kyrie that has softer materials and I felt like they weren’t choking my feet. The addition of full length cushlon was a plus for this shoe, I didn’t like the cushion setup at all on the Kyrie 3, I ended up with sore knees after every couple of sessions. The Kyrie 4 was a step up from the 3 and Nike decided to not increase the price. With the Kyrie 4 being one of my favorites, I can’t wait to see what the Kyrie 5 will be like, all I’m going to say is I hope that the price increase is well worth it.

Overall:

That’s that for my list guys, can’t wait to see what this list will look like by the end of the year. I’ve tested so many shoes and sadly some didn’t make it on this list. As always y’all, stay tuned to One on One Testers for more news, reviews, and awesome lists like this one.
