Probably my favorite hoop shoe of 2018 so far, the Why Not Zer0.1 Low is getting a dope ‘Cement’ treatment. This colorway has a uniform grey with speckle pattern all across the sneaker. These kicks released August 7th for $155. Grab them down below, & make sure to stay tuned to One on One Testers for more of The Sneaker Bulletin.
